IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL
2O17/18 JAMBITES
Congratulations to all successful 2017 JAMBITES, who made it
across the general benchmark (cut-off) for this year’s JAMB. Having attained this height most aspirants are
feeling relaxed, yet hoping they secure an admission slot in the varsities of
their choice, anxiously lying in wait for that golden opportunity to study
their DREAM course. The same dream shared by about 1.5 million candidates less
than a year ago, not surprising that 90% of last year’s candidates are
constitutes of this year’s 1.6 million JAMB candidates still dreaming up till
this very moment and they will continue to dream as long as they keep sleeping,
for the only thing that comes to sleeping men is nothing but
dreams.
PASSING THE CUT-OFF IS NOT ENOUGH
They all share the
sole aim of achieving success, yet, every year only infinitesimal individuals out
of the multitude are most likely to seize the moment to successfully get
admitted, and celebrate as matriculants, it is to this joyful end that this write-up
is geared. As you read on, you would come to realize that indeed you could be
among the chosen few amongst the many that were called.
It’s no longer news that the barn on post university
matriculation exams PUME has been lifted; this implies therefore that
university aspirants are expected to make it across this last huddle-Post
university matriculation examination (PUME), before they can wear the
matriculation gown of their respected varsities. This is sounding surprisingly
new to some and pleasant to many, most especially to those with poor O’Level grades,
whom have previously thought all hopes were lost to study their dream course
but Ha-ha! All hopes weren’t lost. Maybe not just yet. As you read on the doors would be opened to you
as to how you can make good grades in the fourth coming Post University
Matriculation Examination, PUME.
MODEL OF THE
EXAMINATION
The post
university matriculation examination as the name implies is an examination
tested on a candidate by the University of his/her choice(s) to determine the
admission of the aspirant as an undergraduate of the university. It will likewise,
interest you to know that, this is actually the final exam and main determinant
of gaining admission into Nigerian universities for the 2017/18academic
session. The examination is set by the university WITHOUT the assistance or
interference of any other examination body or education parastatal. Most
universities some up the aggregate score by combining both a candidates JAMB
score and PUME score (e.g. UNN, UNILAG). And to your surprise some universities
DO NOT combine JAMB score with PUME score in the aggregates. These set of
universities make use of ONLY PUME scores in awarding admissions e.g. The University
of Ibadan (UI). And even not so rewarding and the universities combining the
JAMB & PUME scores makes use of only about less than 30% of the JAMB score.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN PUME
In the past
most JAMBITES always seem prepared for PUME and yet still fail this so called
dread examination. Most that often
failed the examination did not just fail inside the examination hall but had
already failed long before the examination was conducted.
BUT WHY?…
Simple because they failed to
practice along with the PUME PAST QUESTIONS for their desired school of
choice. If you’ve been a victim don’t
allow history repeat itself, Agbojadavid.blogspot.com.ng had made all the
necessary provisions. We’ve successfully gathered ALL THE PUME PAST QUESTIONS
of most sought after universities(UNN,UI,OAU,UNIZIK,UNIPORT,UNIBEN,UNILAG
amongst others) and they’re readily AVAILABLE IN HARD COPY with a few in soft

If this would be your first attempt at PUME
please I indulge you to take precaution, because the best cure is prevention.
You woundnt be happy re-reading this post one year later and wishing; “If only

first step to success is determination the final step is ACTION’
